CANADIAN TIRE GAR BAR CLOSED FOR A MONTH FOR NEW PUMPS

GRAVENHURST — Gassing up in Gravenhurst will be limited the next month with just one filling station.

The Canadian Tire Gas Bar at Muskoka Road and James Street was fenced off today as construction workers removed the pumps and underground storage tanks.

Asked what’s happening, a worker said they will be closed for “a month” and that all new services are being replaced.

That leaves only the Petro-Canada gas bar at the south end entrance to town as the lone place to filler’ up.

You can also go to Jug Town Convenience in West Gravenhurst, on Hwy. 169 past the Muskoka Wharf.

Or you can go out on the highway north- and southbound.
