CAR STOLEN IN HUNTSVILLE CRASHES AT BRACEBRIDGE TRAFFIC CIRCLE

BRACEBRIDE — Another driver has fled an accident and police, Thursday, in a stolen vehicle.

OPP at Huntsville are investigating an auto theft on Peters Road Wednesday.

They say sometime after 10 p.m. Aug. 26 an unknown suspect(s) drove off in the stolen car.

The stolen vehicle is described as a 2006 black Buick Allure four-door sedan.

A few hours later, at 1:20 a.m., the stolen car was involved in a single motor vehicle collision at the traffic circle on Talyor Road at Cedar Lane.

Before police at Bracebridge responded to the collision, the occupant(s) of the stolen car fled the area leaving the car behind.

Police searched the area for occupant(s), but say their search was unsuccessful.

The investigations into this theft and the motor vehicle collision are ongoing.
