GEORGIAN BAY TWP. — A Toronto man faces impaired driving charges after being stopped this morning

Provincial police say that on Monday, May 11, a Bracebridge officer conducting speed enforcement at 10:20 a.m. on Lake Joseph Road in the Township of Georgian Bay noticed a vehicle traveling well above the posted speed limit.

After conducting a traffic stop and an investigation, the OPP say the officer arrested 42-year-old Neil Rodman.

He was charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Alcohol – Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b).

He is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on July 21, 2020, to answer to his charge.

His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded.

At 10:20 a.m. this morning police charged Neil Rodman, of Toronot, with impaired driving in Georgian Bay Township.
