SNOWMOBILER SUFFERS SERIOUS INJURIES IN BRACEBRIDGE

BRACEBRIDGE — A snowmobiler was listed in serious condition tonight after being thrown from his machine this morning.

Provincial police say they were responded to a 911 call, along with Muskoka EMS and Bracebridge Fire, for assistance on a snowmobile trail about two kilometres in from Graves Road and Manitoba Street at 9:42 a.m., Friday, Feb. 28.

The OPP say that as a result of the single vehicle collision, a 26-year-old male was ejected from his snow machine and sustained serious injuries.

He was transported to a Toronto area hospital.
