GRAVENHURST — Imagine a new you.
Because the old you is like the old Weight Watchers — a thing of the past — if you want to get serious.
The company that for more than 55 years has helped millions lose weight with the latest nutritional and behaviour change science is “Reimagined.”
New and improved, like you will be, too, this summer.
WW offers digital, studio and personal coaching solutions to help meet your personal goals.
And it works.
So, if you believe in fresh start and new beginnings — and you’re ready to build new life by changing old habits — WW Weight Watchers Reimagined has the program for you.
The WW Workshop group in Gravenhurst is working hard at achieving their health and wellness goals, led by coach (leader) Dororthy Stevenson.
“We are a strong and supportive group and we are getting this done,” says area manager Tracie Woolings.
She says they are always looking for new members to help get healthy and fit.
Join them Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. at the Gravenhurst Seniors Active Living Centre on the lower level.
Enter off Church Street and park in their back lot.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for weigh-ins and registrations.
The workshop and coaching starts at 6 p.m.
WW now gives you one program with three ways to live it.
You get to choose the plan that best suits your lifestyle.
You will not only lose weight, but also develop the healthy habits needed to help you succeed.
Anyone is welcome to check out your first workshop at no charge before joining.
