FLYGTA TO RESUME MUSKOKA SUMMER FLIGHTS APRIL 29
GRAVENHURST — The skies over Muskoka are going to get busier in just over a month.
If you look up you’ll see more planes on the weekends coming and going.
FLYGTA says it plans to resume its flights to Muskoka again this year, after successful operations in 2018.
Client relations rep Marina Guadagnoli told MuskokaTODAY.com in an email on Tuesday that their flights will take off again April 29 and continue until Oct. 15.
They will be available from Thursday to Monday, varying in time.
She said their flight price is $159 before tax for a one-way trip.
Flight time is roughly 30-45 minutes.
The said the planes generally hold or seven passengers.
The news follows Monday’s announcement that the District of Muskoka has beefed up operations with enhanced border security infrastructure so that Porter Airlines can fly into cottage country for the summer, connecting its U.S. clients.
