Vicious assault downtown Huntsville Sunday
HUNTSVILLE — A vicious assault downtown Huntsville early Sunday has police looking for two young male suspects.

Provincial police say that on Sunday June 3, just before 6 a.m., officers from the Huntsville OPP detachment were advised of an assault with a weapon that had taken place on Main Street West.
On investigation, they learned that a male had been walking on his way downtown.
They say that near Station Road two males came up behind the victim and struck him on the head twice with what appeared to be a steel rod.
The victim managed to run to a nearby store and was transported to a local area hospital for treatment.
He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Huntsville OPP are seeking the public’s help in locating the two male suspects.
Both are described as being white, in their late teens or early 20s, wearing dark clothing.
They were last seen getting into an older model white or grey SUV on Main Street, and driving south down Paget Lane.
