Power out all over Gravenhurst Thursday morning

GRAVENHURST – Power was out all over Gravenhurst Thursday morning for an hour.

Homes and businesses were without hydro from when it went out at 9:10 a.m. until about 10:15 a.m.

The connection between Hydro One and Veridian Hydro was lost just after 9 a.m.

Veridian had predicted power would be restored by 10:30 a.m. and Hydro One had reported 12:30 p.m.

Traffic lights and long lineups at Hortons resumed by 10:30 a.m.
